This week is looking encouraging. Hopefully, I will be able to get back to where I started when this current challenged began. It would be nice to at least be back to that.

I started the day thinking how I was going to tackle my flower garden. To make it a garden again. Then I heard a friend's dad died so I went to the wake instead. Afterwards I went to my parents thankful I still have them.
I don't know what I am going to do this week.

@2020pinktogo, Sorry about your loss.
Looks like I will make my goal for this challenge as long as I don't gain, seeing as I have reached my target. First time I've managed to do this in almost a year. Good grief, I've been unfocused! So, my goals for this week are:
1. Eat healthily, and maintain a deficit each day
2. 10k steps or better daily
3. Drink 10 glasses of water daily
4. Be productive in the evenings - gardening, moving furniture, prepping and painting, cleaning the old farmhouse ... Lots to do as we've moved across our pond into our geo-dome!
