last week check in! news feed is down tho :/

Last week was a bad week so much stress and sadness :( I gained 0.6 pounds, not a bad gain but i could of lost at least 2 lbs you know? but that's what i get! lol
weird thing is my fat percentage went down?.. it was 34.6 now its 34.1 maybe its from all the walking i did. i don't know.
i just know its going to be a great week! i scheduled a workout time for the next two weeks. i made a big list for My grocery shopping on Wednesday :) im excited! my goal is to lose 4 lbs this week. 2 to makeup for last week and maybe my fat level will go down to a high 33%. im ready to refocus and get back on track! i want to do this! thank you everybody for your support and motivation!!! :):):) let me know how last week went for you all :)
