Experiencing Discomfort

Today's topic is in accepting discomfort during the weight management process. This may include some hunger, withstanding cravings, urges to eat, and do on.

How are you doing accepting some discomfort in this process?

    My discomfort is deciding how to eat when away from home. I struggle with that a lot. I keep working with it because as has been said once I make my decision to stay on plan I feel better. Need to keep reminding myself how great I feel when I don't give in.
