Lunch meat roll-ups

Just made a plate of ham roll-ups smeared with Dijon and stuffed with sauerkraut. Great, light-tasting warm weather meal :) These may become my new go-to treats for the summer!

Ham, Dijon, sauerkraut
Ham, hot mustard, pickles
Corned beef, 1000 island, kraut
Turkey, wasabi cranberry spread, and...?
Steak/ roast beef, horseradish, asparagus


What kind would you make?

    Sounds like you like spicy!

    Prosciutto wrapped around fresh mozzarella. Or prosciutto by itself - I love that stuff!

    Roast beef and horseradish Mayo. Roast beef Mayo and spicy brown mustard wrapped around a cheddar or mozzarella string cheese. Ham and / or turkey with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard wrapped around bacon and cheddar

    I often do natural lunch meat (no nitrates) rolled up with a cheese string. It's such an easy lunch to throw together for work!

    Just had some roast beef and marble cheddar roll ups this weekend. Easy and tasty...a dog came and gobbled up my container full at the picnic I was attending! He was low carb as well hahaha

    I love ham, cream cheese and a pickle spear!
    Also roast beef, cheddar jack and jalapeño mixed in cream cheese.

    Genoa salami (no fillers) with cream cheese and hot pickled banana pepper rings - not the sweet ones.

    The turkey, bacon, and swiss cheese sounds yummy - just happen to have all three in the frig!
