I made Avocado Chicken Salad for the first time today. So yummy! I think this will be a new staple in my house. Can't wait to see if my daughter likes it too

A natural food grocery store is going to be built across the street from me. THen I will be able to run over daily to get small bits of ingredients and try all the recipes my heart desires.

What exercises have you all been trying? Everything brings me out of my comfort zone lol. I have been working on real push ups while I am home alone and have been thinking of signing up for a 5k.

oh, I am no spring chick. But twice a week I do 14 bicep curls using 15 pound weights along with seventeen tricep pushes using 10 pound weights (I need to get 12 pound weights). Twice a week I do thirty pushups, supporting my hands on steps and my feet on the ground. Twice a week I do four sets of fifteen glute exercises using bands. Six days a week I do cardio while I watch tv. I have a cd playing simultaneously with a tick tock sound of 126 beats per minute, and I go up and down a step while I watch tv.

Simple. I was a PE teacher for 20 years.

Oh wow. That's cool that you were a gym teacher!!

I can't do push ups... it sucks haha. As for the new exercise, definitely taking the Zumba course was out of my comfort zone. But I'm so happy I did it!

How did everyone do on their step goal. I was in the 60,000s. I did not however do real exercise very much this last wk.

I just looked at my fitbit dashboard and it said 70,490. But that's huge to the fact that I did my Zumba Training.

The thing is, it has been interesting to be a binge eater and at the same time a health/pe teacher. I for one realize struggle, so I guess that part is positive.

Goodness. That is interesting. How did you deal with that?

New Challenge if you DARE: Post this to your Facebook or you can accept the challenge here and allow us to choose for you. Then post in here to let us know what your challenge is!

I posted this on my Facebook and got a few people to respond. For the next month I will be giving up: Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese, food colouring, bread and butter.
