Okay, I know my topic has a few too many exclamation points, BUT I just did Workout 3 for the first time and was able to do ALL military push ups for the first round of Circuit 1 and the first half of the second round. This is HUGE for me. I've been doing various JM videos since the beginning of February and have never been able to do the push ups on my feet. I always do the modified version. But, like she says in WO 3, my new motto is "Just try one!" I amazed myself at how I was able to do some of the advanced versions of the moves just because I tried. Here's to staying strong and getting stronger!

That is fantastic. As Jillian says we don't know how strong we are until we try.

I can only do knee push ups, so totally understand how huge that is!
