I have recently found out that I am both of the above and am struggling to find good healthy clean food that doesn't have fructose or lactose in it. I see all these foods that say diary free but feel like the are not the better choice. Would be great to get some feedback on this from anyone else who is having or know of someone with the same problems.

Hi. I have malabsorption disorder. I am on a low fodmap diet. The Monash University Low Fodmap Diet App is helpful. You can set your malabsorption to fructose and lactose.0

Asian cuisine is good for both. Vegan food is also good. (add meat if you want)0
