Watch geek versus fitness geek

I like a good quality timepiece. Yes my cell phone can tell time, but I like the craftsmanship and style of a good watch. I would also like a fitness band of some kind with constant heart rate monitoring, but feel like something on each wrist is silly, as is two things on the one wrist.
Any of you have wearable fitness tech but also appreciate a good watch?

Hi,
The Garmin Fenix 3 HR is the best fitness watch that I have seen, it looks great and has all the features you would ever need in a fitness watch with great software and a large community behind it. The only downside is that it is quite expensive.0 -
I have the Polar M400 which is a 24/7 activity monitor and also has a chest strap for the HRM aspect for when you work out. I love all the tools it gives me to check on my progress, recovery time, activity goals and such. While the watches with the HRM built in are easier, they are not nearly as accurate as a chest strap.0
