- Continue with my heavier weight bars until I'm comfortable with them.
- Get rid of these last 1-2 pounds and plan maintenance.
- Continue to tone my core and hips (which need the most work).
- Water water water water water. Been slacking there lately.
- Try out some new recipes with the summer veggies available from farmer's market.

Thanks, y'all. I'm scheduling a meeting with a nutritionist to see what's next. I need some help formulating a plan to balance exercise, which I don't want to cut out, obviously, and not really being able to up my food intake. I'm hoping that the nutritionist will have some suggestions as well as some of my gym instructors as to how to go about doing that.1

Today is my 1 year Surgiversary. I met my weight goal last month and have easily maintained. However, I have been testing the waters with sweets so my new goal is to cut out all sweets. It just isn't something I can gamble with.
Other goals:- Train for climbing Mt. Katahdin in July
- Drink more water
- Increase Protein
- Continue with going to the gym or running M-F
