I really love those. I sweeten some cream cheese to put on them. But I don't eat carbs at breakfast anymore, so I don't eat them much. Maybe as a planned treat sometime? I'm trying to hack my idiot brain to get my weekends more in line with my goals, and that might be something to have as a dessert so I can stop going crazy on on-plan food on Saturdays.2 -
I make mug bread in the microwave:
1 scoop protein powder, natural flavor
.25c shredded mozzarella
1Tb cream cheese
1tsp baking soda
1 large egg
Dash of salt (or spices like oregano)
Cook in microwave for 1-2 minutes until middle is cooked.
I saw this on YouTube and changed it to my liking. It is not delicious, but satiates my bread cravings. If I eat a sandwich with this, I am not hungry all day.
