I started blogging, and I'm wondering if there are any other LC'ers blogging on MFP? I'd like to subscribe if you are!

Rarely. I think I have two or three since I started. It's kinda when the mood strikes.0

I only did it when I did the 30 days of ground beef thing. I could do it more often, but I run into the problem of either keeping it private (and having no people reading it) or going public and getting overrun by the "OMG you're going to die from violent constipation and scurvy if you don't start eating plants"-crowd.3

I did, regularly, for a while, but no matter what I did there were some of my Pals who were unable to view it. So I quit. I did enjoy it though!0

What?!?!? I didn't even know this was an option... I'm going to have to look into it. Thank you1

Okay, I give up... I can find other people's blogs. I can find the MFP "official" looking blog. I cannot find how to make my own...0

My Blog is here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/jetsamflotsam
If you want to see other people's blogs go to that link and replace my user name at the end with the other person's name. I can't seem to find any other way to find and read a friend's blog.
I've set my blog to post new entries to my feed so if you are my friend you'll see the new posts there...0 -
I'm kind of hit and miss with how often I blog, but the best of my blogs (IMPO) started in October of 2014...

Sometimes I'll post more than once a day, sometimes, it comes to every other month - just when the mood and topic inspire me!0 -
I stopped blogging on MFP. Got frustrated with people not being able to comment on status updates. I joined a couple other LC forums and am journaling there instead.0

I'm not sure what's up, but I can't comment on any of my new friends stuff, in fact today I'm unable to get a person's profile page to come up. It's making me irritable, but this is all new crap MFP-updates have messed up. LOL So hopefully fixes are on the horizon. I'm thinking of moving my blogs offsite, but I don't even know how I'd go about it. Since I don't want MFP owning my stuff, I'd have to go to an independent platform. Anyone have suggestions?1

My son has been on my case to start blogging and get it into book forum. I know Dr. Peter Attia LCHF blogged for several years. I would hate to have a blog at could somehow get deleted but I guess there is a way to back them up?0

As long as they don't delete your account, then yes, it is backed up, but if something glitches and you get banned/kicked, your stuff is toast (happened to a friend). Plus, it's like FB, if you post it here, they have rights to it, hence why I was looking to go off MFP with my content. I've been meaning to for a while.1

I've used Wordpress for blogging, but got very few views and no comments... I'm currently using the journal option at active low carber forum. I like that I can read journals that are on topic and the interaction and support is what I'm wanting.0
