Done in 3 sets of 25, then 10, and the last 15 were done with a 20lb kettle ball. Woo Hoo!0

Heeeellllllooooooo Squatters!!!!
Didn't get to do my squats this morning:ohwell: So after I did my Week 7 running intervals (jog 15/walk 5; jog 10/walk 3) without stopping mind you, I came in and knocked out 104 squats in 5 sets!!! Yay!!!
Now I am headed to bed...Good night squatters and may all your dreams be filled with "perfect form squats!"0 -
Got my 100 done! These squats might hurt, and they may not be my favorite thing to do, but I do LIKE what I saw when I measured today!0

finished my second set of 50 but changed the positions of my feet this time.. HOLY BURN!!!!! feeling good and kinda like wet noodles haha0
