Paleo lunch box?

I have been keto for over 12 months now and up to this point I have avoided pushing my kids and hubby towards eating 'my' diet. Recently though, my older son (age 13) is showing signs of digestive discomfort (which I won't go into details apart from to say that it's unpleasant for the whole family) which I think would be helped by reducing his refined carb intake. So i'm thinking of easing the family towards a paleo style diet. They don't have any weight problems, and I don't want them to see this as a diet, just as a healthier way of eating.
My husband is the stay at home parent and most of the cooking responsibility falls to him. I can take over the evening meal responsibility by cooking crockpot meals but the packed lunches are actually the hardest thing to change. My boys make their own ham sandwiches every day and usually throw in a pork pie and a few Oreos. They are very active and need the higher calorie food. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good recipe book for packed lunch ideas? They won't eat eggs and rarely eat veggies, but I need something I can prepare ahead of time that they can throw into their school bags when they're setting out in the morning.
Also if anyone can recommend a paleo beer for my hubby, that would be great

I deleted it already but I got an email about packing lunches from Able James www.fatburningman.com in just the last couple days.
I didn't follow it to his blog but I know it was about a blog post where he went into packed lunch ideas. Check there to see if you can find some inspiration.1 -

Great information here, thanks guys :-). Yesterday he managed without bread but he did eat cake and pasta *sigh*. One step at a time! Maybe dropping the bread will be enough to make a difference - I have a sneaky suspicion that a lot of my own problems are due to yeast rather than wheat, maybe he takes after his mum.1

There is also lots on Pinterest...I just recently pinned some myself for paleo lunch ideas. Check it out! Good luck!!0

Easy way -- substitutions.
Trade the bread on the sandwich for lettuce wraps. Trade the pasta on spaghetti night for spaghetti squash. Give them strawberries for dessert, instead of cakes.
Or make whole new dishes, like spaghetti squash cassarole or ham and cheese pinwheels.0
