Hmmm. Looking over Goals set and progress
1. No injury while triathlon training!
2. Weight gain of two pounds
3. Regained bad eating habits
4. No core regime started
5. Logged using paper sometimes
6. Two triathlon age group medals!
7. Four successful trail races...
8. Faster in pool
9. Faster on bike... joined women's ride
10. Faster running... Run with a group
11. Back to open water swimming
Ready for next challenge!!!
