I just started the breakthrough program today. I will have to get to the gym tomorrow since I decided to start on Memorial Day and didn't really think it through. I have about 70 lbs to lose so this is a big step. Just have to wait and see how things go. It seems too good to be true but I think a lot of it involves really pushing yourself to the max on the workouts. Has anyone done this for 6 weeks or more and what are your results? Thanks.
