Day one
I just started the breakthrough program today. I will have to get to the gym tomorrow since I decided to start on Memorial Day and didn't really think it through. How's the diet going for everyone?
Today was my first day coming in at exactly 1400 calories and not a single calorie over! It's been tough for me to keep my snacks to 100 cals, and also to cut out alcohol. I do love a glass of red wine at the end of the day... But today I did it! How is everyone else doing?
Any 50-60+ gals going for it? I need to buddy up!
I just got the book and it looks inspiring. I need to get started. I would like some new buddys to start the journey with or anyone who is making progress so far for real. I need to visualize the best fittest me ever and using every tool I can to get there! You are It! Thanks!
