Here are mine.

First one with the hat is on my retirement day one year ago. Nearing 197 lbs. The hat, I had planned and booked at trip to Africa. It was later cancelled due to health issues.
The second one, last week, after exercising and losing 10% of my body weight. Still a ways to go, but I'm getting there. Check out the chin!

You two rock. I am so impressed with how active you both are. And that you actually enjoy it just blows my mind. Stay strong, ladies.

That's the trick, find something you enjoy. The ONLY thing I ever got from Oprah; a guest was on about fitness. They said, remember back when you were six, what was it you enjoyed doing. What gave you the most pleasure. Well, when I was six, I lived in a little town called Perkins. It was an acre property, with a forest on one half, and a forest just beyond our fence. My sisters and I would play all day in that forest. I would watch for birds, even then. So, I went back to the forest trails here in Ottawa. I love it.
Find what you like to do Dawn, and it won't feel like 'exercise'
