I had this for lunch and it was delicious!
BLT Chicken Salad
1/2 cup cooked chopped chicken breast
1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
1 slice bacon cooked and chopped
1 tbsp each low fat Greek yogurt and low fat mayo
Salt to taste
Mix it all up and enjoy! I doubled the recipe and put it in lettuce wraps for a yummy and very filling lunch under 400 Cals.

I just made the best asparagus ever! Asparagus, mushrooms, coconut oil, evoo, butter and some rustic herb seasoning. Omg, fat, delicious heaven on my plate!! Huge serving, 223 cals,3.9gC, 3.9gP and 22gF. Mmmmm!

I had a delicious homemade salad for lunch today! Here is what I did:
Spring Mix Lettuce
1/8 Cup Water Chestnuts (sliced into sticks)
1 Green Onion (sliced)
3 Roasted Red Peppers (jarred & sliced)
6 Pickled Pepperochini
1/4 Cup Tortilla Sliced Salad Topping (sea salted)
2 Tbs Raspberry Walnut Light Salad Dressing
Start with the lettuce and build your salad! Enjoy
