    Hi everyone! I just found this group and joined. I am Susan from N Louisiana. I have used Leslie's DVDs on and off for years. My goal is 30 minutes 5 days a week. I have already walked 30 minutes or more 2 days this weeks. I walked indoors using Leslie's techniques on Tuesday. Last night, I walked outdoors for 45 minutes.

    Hey Girls! I made it through my 5k tonight. 52min over a beautiful train here in Grand Rapids Michigan.

    60/100 I was making up my mile today LOL went to the park and this guy decided to walk with me I walked 9 miles before he got tired and went away. :D It was like one of those strays I was doing my best to make sure he didn't follow me home. LOL

    And it is the weekend again.... Thank goodness, my butt has sat through 1400 kilometers this week!!!

    Heading off to the first round of golf this year. FINALLY!!! Unfortunately will be using a cart because it is required by the golf course to keep everyone moving at a good pace... and Hubby would not make it around walking.

    Creepy but yet entertaining at the same time. You have a lot of patience....9 miles! WOW!

    I walked an hour and 13 minutes push mowing the lawn this evening and then walked for 30 minutes outdoors. I guess I was making up for skipping yesterday as well as getting in my 10,000 steps. Before that I was a slug all day.

    Everyone does it differently. I only count exercise miles. I do have a Garmin Vivofit for tracking my steps and my miles while walking or golfing.

    I walked outdoors for 31 minutes after riding my bike outdoors for 39 minutes.

    I track overall milage but I use a Jawbone Up24.

    June 18 - 3.5 miles Golfed - but used a cart ... very hilly course and they don't allow walkers when it is busy.
    June 19 - 6.2 miles
    June 20 - 2.9 miles
    June 21 - 3. miles
    June 22 - 3.3 miles

    And it is the start of my weekend!! Maybe by Saturday I will be able to actually go for a walk... unless I get home from the city earlier enough today.
