I have a pedometer and I wear it all day. the Dr. told me to get 10,000 steps in a day ..... and it sure am not doing well at this!! only 4 times this month.
But on the bright side - July 14th is my last physical day in the office.... so 10 days of work left for me!!!!0 -

I have not done much with Leslie this month, trying to back off on my knee and let it heal. It seems to be helping. I am still staying active outside though. Yesterday I think I broke my middle toe on my right foot, seems to be always something!
Everyone is doing so well this month! congrats! still a few days left. This has been a busy month for us, between graduations, wedding showers, birthdays, my parents 50th wedding anniversary party and a sweepfest at my work, I have been so busy. looking forward to a long relaxing weekend!0 -

It is a long weekend for me.... Canada Day on Friday. I am off to pick up our little granddaughter (almost 3 years old) so should be a busy couple of days. Hopefully her little sister or brother makes an entrance into the world this weekend. I am good at watching the snacks when the grand kids are around... after all we don't want to spoil their appetites for their meals !! And our youngest son turns 28 this weekend too! I am making the potatoes for the that party..... And I have a summer cold - good grief!!!1 -
