It's 58 here I have sweats and a hoodie on. I am doing my prep for my colonoscopy so I feel like crude. I have decided that as I won't eat all my calories today I want a sub tomorrow. ;)

Yesterday was a great day. I got some good training in and was feeling really positive. Today I'm coming down with flu... Urgh!

I have also stopped my concussion meds. As long as I stay symptom free I can stay off them!

Well yesterday I was suppose to rest but my mom had me hauling mulch all over for her. I guess we know why I have a hernia. LOL She goes you should rest what should we do i'm like well I'll go shopping with you. She's like NOPE lets do the mulch. I'm like whatever. So a couple of hours and i feel like crap and thank goodness my sister calls and says to mom what ya doing and she goes mulching. She goes whose hauling it? mom goes your sister and my sister flips I got to go home. LOL First time I was thankful for my sister for being bossy and a beast. :) today I got the laundry done and we are waiting for my dad to finish playing golf and we are going to go out shopping. I get to ride in the car as my dad drives so I'm good. Sat my dad has me hauling his railing to the guy to sandblast it. I am hoping it's not too heavy.

@2020pinktogo I hope you are taking care of yourself because at your rate one day you might not be able to help anyone. Make yourself a priority.

I've been in Boston a couple of days babysitting my 7-month-old grandson. He's an active little guy. He keeps me so busy I don't even have time to think about eating. I can't imagine what he'll be like when he starts walking.

I took mom out shopping and I found something to go with my black skirt so I am all set in case of funeral or I need to look semi presentable. I also fell in love with these shoes but as i am cheap i took a picture of the box and came home and searched online til I found them cheaper plus I found a coupon for the store. My mom was amazed but it was worth the 15. I saved. I also bought a golf skirt. I don't golf but I like the fact it has shorts under it is almost to my knees and had lots of pockets and was plaid. Why do they keep taking away our pockets? I tried on so many things and there were no pockets I was like there must be something out there then I found the golf skirt and was like this will do. Hubby was a wee bit shocked first I went out in a skirt and then I bought another. It is amazing I thought I had walked so much til I got home and was like there really are no steps done today so I had to do 3 miles to get to 8k steps today. I forget when I go with mom it's not so much walking. til later my friends

I'm getting into a nice routine. Started a 30 pilates challenge online which makes me sore so I know it is working. Knee rehab continues and is getting more intense as I get better (my glutes are seriously objecting!), Jui Jitsu twice a week and shine swimming, running and walking to round it all off! Being off my meds is great because they made me so sleepy all the time.

I was doing Jillian michaels 30 day shred but gave up on day 16 as she was so darn mean and it gave me no peace or joy. Maybe I should try pilates I do believe I have a video here of that. LOL A July thing see if I can make it through the month doing pilates. ;)
I know what you mean about the drugs making you sleepy I have to time mine perfectly so I can function. Have a great day everyone!!

I have been lifting and squatting with a 17 lb baby. That makes me sore so maybe I'm doing good too.

I would definitely say so I'm sure depending on diaper could be heavier. ;) I'll stick to my 3 lb weights. LOL

Carrying the baby makes me think about how hard it was for my body before losing 42 lbs. I should try to be even nicer to my body.

Yesterday I had to start at work earlier than usual as I was helping out in the bakery doing their cake orders. I passed my husband by chance and just gave him a quick smooch. this man who was kind of creepy comes up to me and says "You do know he's married?" I looked at him and said yep and just walked away. Lo and behold he follows me to the bakery. Well Tom's there he knows me and my husband for over 30 years. He goes to the guy What? I want to tell that WOMAN that Jim is married Tom looks at him and says No Sh** she's his wife.
I guess I am not who he thought would be married to my husband. LOL ;) I was just thankful Tom had my back guy was really creepy. I'm off to work til later ;)

I'm home again. I have two days to clean up and get my house presentable for family coming to visit. So I continue with my excuses for not focusing on exercise and healthy eating. At least, I'm keeping busy.

Ok I had a really bad few days at work so yesterday I did some retail therapy and I went to a sidewalk sale and was actually able to buy stuff. :) So I bought 6 items and spent a whole whopping 8 dollars. though I did slip back into my comfort zone of blues and blacks but it was what was there and for the price who cares. I guess when I am feeling out of control I may also need the security of being able to put on the old color clothes to get through the day. Hey baby steps right ;) I'll start the pilates later this week and hopefully that will help to calm me down. Hope you all are doing well my friends, til later, sue

6 items 8 bucks, not a bad deal, my friend, as long as you actually use the items.

I almost forgot to login to mfp today, been that busy. But here I am, not giving up despite my snail pace toward goal.

We got our new Jui Jitsu club hoodies this week and they are grey with black and orange logos. It is a very bright orange. I love it especially the orange because I like bright colours. This is actually quite funny as our head trainer is Chris Bright!! And they are his colours as it is his club.
