I'm using this space to log my workouts since I'm bad at keeping a log in a notebook like normal people. This is my upper body hypertropy workout from 5/31:
Incline BB bench press 12x65, 12x70, 8x75, 4x70, 4x70, 4x65, flat bench db flye 12x22.5, 3x12x17.5, Seated cable row 8x60, 8x70, 2x8x60, one arm db row 8x27.5, 2x8x30, 8x32.5, db lat raise 8x15, 3x8x10, seated incline db curl 4x8x12.5, cable tricep extentions 8x60, 8x70, 2x8x60, back extentions with 45 pound weight 3x8
I struggled with this workout. I was upset my bench weight wasn't heavier, frustrated by not being able to lift heavier DB weight and had to fight the flock of bros for benches/ machines I needed. Most days are not like this, so I'm good. Next workout will be better.
