Looking for your advice and input on the Paleo AIP.

Hello, my name is Doug, and I'm from Akron, Ohio. It appears that I have inverse psoriasis under both arms (my dermatologist is confirming this diagnosis). It was suggested to me by someone on MFP that I consider the Paleo AIP. I did some limited research, and I think the Paleo AIP is something that will benefit me and something that I'm going to implement.
If you have any specific advice or guidance for someone new to both Paleo and to the Paleo AIP, it would be helpful appreciated.
What are the "go-to" books or websites on the subject?
