Meat Ice Cream?

Has anyone successfully made homemade low-carb ice cream using meat as a base? Up for the challenge?

It may sound outlandish to some, yet so do other things that are ultimately great.

My first attempt used chicken. It had a great consistency, yet was ultimately unpalatable.

    I love raw beef in varying forms, including ground into kitfo. But I do not have an interest in sweet meat. Unless lactose/dairy is an issue, I have seen plenty of low carb dairy desserts that could meet the ice cream craving. If sweet is your intent, while I applaud your efforts, maybe try Halo Top and see if it is necessary.

    Or at least post pics and keep us updated.

    I have no skills to make ice cream myself but if I could get my hands on some caramel low carb ice cream type dessert and then put some bacon on top...two of my fave things combined.
