I did 10 minutes of walk aerobics. Tough getting back into it but today I will do more. I also shopped and planned for today's meals. So it is a start.

Good afternoon ladies! Thank you soooo much Hearts for keeping the thread going and Forestrose too! Good to see you Krunchy.
I apologize for being so MIA. I think I must have needed time off from my goals, but that hasn't worked out well for my weight at all, so I am getting back on the wagon. I've decided to set my ticker back to start over from 2 - 3 years ago ( don't remember how long ago I started cause time sure does fly, doesn't it? ) and to start setting goals for myself again. I'm going to start with daily goals:
Wednesday:
1. Stay hydrated - 6-8 glasses of water
2. Go grocery shopping for some healthy food
3.cook a healthy dinner tonight

Fell short of my stated goals yesterday, but did stay within my calorie range and I logged for the first time in a very long time , so am happy about that. Today's goals are
1. Stay hydrated with 6-8 glasses of water
2. Log
3. Stay within calorie range
4. Go to the grocery store!1 -
Weekly Goals: Week of June .. to the 26th of June
- Water - drink plenty!
- Sleep get back to not staying up late! - stay consistent REALLY need to get myself enough sleep!
- Workouts - depending on doctor's decision but then I'll be back in full force.
- Food - Make conscience choices.
- Strive to treat myself with Kindness, Always.

Fri Check-in- Did good on my water today!
- I'll be in bed by 10:45pm tonight, about 15 minutes from now.
- Workouts, I've been organizing and shuffling things around as I declutter and continue to donate things. I plan to try out a workout on Sunday and see how that feels.
- Food...pretty OK, running low on veggies and such until Friday so that makes the pickin's a bit slim but I'm doing OK. OH, the freezer, I have lots of healthy things in there...always forget about that... out of sight out of mind I guess. lol
- Being kind to myself - a work in progress.

I've been under the weather - Hope to be feeling better soon. In the meantime my main goal is to stay hydrated by increasing my water consumption to at least 7 glasses.

Time for me to figure this out as time is not standing still. After I recover from my cataract surgery this week, I need to get focused on exercise. This non exercise has gone on too long.

Hi Ladies. I am back AGAIN....This time I hope I can stick to the program and get back on track. My osteoarthritis has got worse in my knees and back so I really need to do something to get this extra weight off. To help with the pain I have started aqua fit again 2 to 3 days a week, cut down my hours at work from 37.5 to 20 and am trying to get back on track with eating healthy to get some weight off. Here I go AGAIN!!!!!!!1

Weekend Check-in- good on water!
- staying up way too late...really need to get handle on this again. I do far better in the a.m when I get to sleep at a decent time. Setting a goal for 10pm tonight.
- Workouts..I haven't but see a surgeon tomorrow to evaluate so I can see if I can still swim until surgery.
- Food... OK...my stomach is still bothering me most days, all day so definitely not binging or over eating.
- Being kind to myself - a work in progress.
I'm going to redo my goals or shift a few around for this new week.. but wanted to at least post something.
So glad to see postings on how everyone is doing. Tough times aren't fun but getting in here for support is a very good place to be. Doing daily or weekly goals is so helpful and the support is definitely here when someone pops in!

So my weeks goal is not to be too hard on myself. I am starting out slowly. I am just going to keep track of my exercise for the next 2 weeks and once I get into a good eating routine then I will start tracking my food.1

Weekly Goals
- Water - drink plenty!
- Sleep - in bed by 11:00pm Would like to work my way back down but this is a good start for me for now.
- Workouts - back in the water ASAP Hopefully tomorrow a.m (Thurs)?
- Food - Make healthy conscious choices for my body and mind.
- Kindness toward myself - Always.
Well it's after 1am now so much for 11pm curfew.. maybe my new goals start tomorrow night? Anyhow I really want to get back in the water because I'm going stir crazy more than anything. But I so miss it as well and my water friends.
Here's to a good half week all! I'll reset my new goals on Sunday for Monday. Most likely they'll be pretty close to this weeks as these are really ones I want to continue to work on.
