    I recommend making it with at least a salad. The servings are dense, but small, and I ended up eating 2 last night and I was still hungry and ate back all of my exercise calories + 100. Pickles probably would have been great, or something else crunchy. I'm going to pick some up for tonight then freeze the rest. My husband loved it.
