I can't believe it! I reached a number today I never, ever thought I'd see again - 199. That's 88 pounds lost since my 11/16/15 surgery, and 118 pounds since I began this journey.

I am 5'11, and "large framed," so my ideal weight is right around 175. I can't believe that I might actually reach this number--something I didn't even dare to hope for. So happy!
