Hi, went to local parade yesterday. Not even a band, pretty lame, may skip next year. Farmers market and other errands then birthday party at neighbors who had mariachi band come. That was fun.
I actually had good time and drank water! Not for diet reasons but problems with heartburn lately.
I am trying to stay off spice, alcohol, chocolate, and citrus stuff. And eat slower and less.
Today other than trail walk no plans.
Been tired lately and feeling sinus stuff trying to come back, fighting it.0
