Today I ran for 3 minutes. Not just once, but a few times. If you had told me two weeks ago, when running for one minute seemed almost like dying, that I would not only run for 3 minutes, but almost enjoy it, I would have told you you were crazy. Looking ahead to next week and the week after and freaking out serves no purpose. Because each time I put feet to pavement, I get a little stronger.

I think I can do this!

    I had the best compliment this morning. My niece, who is still walking because of a knee injury, said "you're making it look easy". That was good to hear since I still feel like a lumbering fat girl who looks awkward and uncoordinated.
