The doctor told me today that she no longer considers me diabetic. A1c was 5.6. I told her that when I eat grains and other carby foods my BG still goes high so instead of taking me off metaphor in entirely we cut the does in half to 1000 mg . We'll see about cutting further later. LCHF works for me forever!

    congrats, I wish I can get my hubby to follow what I have been doing, his BS has come down but I know he is sneaking eating other stuff when I am not around,lol. Congrats to you, you rock.
