Feeling good and dropping pounds

I've got week one under my belt of the meal plan. I haven't started the workouts yet because of a recent hernia repair but wanted to use the downtime to get my eating on point. I can tell you I have been on 1200 calorie diets for most of my life and I was a little hesitant accepting that I fell into the 1500 calorie range in 21 day fix, but here i am a week later, without exercise and I feel so completely satisfied and have already lost 7 pounds. Plus I just feel good...no depression, no 2 pm crash, no cravings. This is my go to plan from here on out for eating healthy and nutritious and treating my body the way it deserves. This may have been designed for 3 weeks, but this is a way of life.

    AMAZING! at 1200 cals you were prob not eating enough.. I found the same thing for myself
    I am at 1400 cals and I was worried in 21 days I lost 10 lbs
