Monday report: 4/4
1)Eat produce with every meal and snack
2) Actually log all food
3) Send food log to trainer daily
4) Move booty at least every other day
Last night was husband’s turn to cook and roast chicken was on the menu. When I came home at 6:30, the oven was off and I was bummed because that’s the situation when we usually end up ordering pizza and I didn’t want to do that. He surprised me by having the chicken on a rotisserie on the grill. It was SO DELICIOUS! Also am loving WATERMELON jeez I want to eat it at every meal.

Sounds like a good meal. I made stuffed chicken breasts with spinach, feta, basil, sun dried tomatoes and acorn squash. Turned out good.
Today i finished my volunteering since I don't think Bernie is going any farther.
Did a lot of walking.0
