Hello, my name is Brock Easley, I am still recovering from being 755 pounds 3 years ago. After binge eating for 3 years. Can you help me stay on the right path?

    I hope we can. Have you gotten to a OA meeting in your area? I find they have something to offer in the way of a program of living that can provide a release from compulsive overeating. There is a group here on mfp too, its not very active though. The real thing, as in OA people in real time, will be able to understand exactly where you are coming from because they have been there themselves.
