Anyone have a problem with pork hurting their stomach?

    I don't have any issues. I used to work with a guy who for whatever reason couldn't tolerate beef. It gave him severe gastric distress. You may have an intolerance to pork.

    OR...is could possibly be that your body is sensitive to the stuff they feed the pigs on especially if the pork you buy isn't free of antibiotics and other junk. I have a friend of mine, and my sister as well, both of whom are very sensitive to the "junk and crap" the feed and pump into animals before they sell it to us to eat. That could be it.

    Our food supply has been altered in many terrible ways! I haven't had problems with any meat, except for chicken breasts (way too dry for me to eat!)!

    I find that pork chops & pork roast hurt my stomach, but if it's cured (bacon & ham) I can eat it. Thank goodness, lol. (Life without bacon would be very sad).

    I find that sometimes certain cuts of these just need more acid to be digested, so I add a little ACV or digestive enzymes, and I'm able to tolerate far more foods...
