I know this is a C25K group, however, I'm guessing that many people have finished C25K and might be looking for something more. There is a 5k to 10k app for your phone through Active. It includes 3 days a week of running and is terrific.

I just finished the Active C25K program yesterday and am planning on doing the Active 5K-to-10K program next. Ran the program past my trainer who said he thought it would challenge me appropriately. Looking forward to starting it! I want my day 3 runs to fall on the weekends so I'm planning on doing a couple of free runs and then starting 5K-to-10K next week.0
