I love Indian food, and Thai food.

I found the Penzeys brand spices- (sold online) their 'sweet curry' powder was a wonderful addition to a "hot peanut sauce'... like a "Satay" which hasnred pepper flakes, coconut milk, and skewered chicken/shrimp is dipped into the sauce.

Convert to keto freindly. By using the Penzys 'sweet curry' spice it makes it more like Indian dishes. You can replace the red pepper flakes, or keep them in for more spicy kick!

MAKE Low Carb/KETO version:
1- 1 cup heavy cream/coconut milk
2-1/2 cup almond butter (not peanut),
3-spices, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and sweetener if desired- this is a sweet/sour sauce
4-heat up in pot a few minutes, or microwave -stir to thickness desired,
(can be watered down, I add cold tea, but water, chicken broth, etc.)

Use as a dip for chicken/meats or pour over steamed veggies..WONDERFUL sweet flavor,

With Thai spicy dishes a cool small side dish is served

Sliced thin cukes, thin onion, sweetener (replaces sugar) and rice wine or sweet vinegar add a 'bite' of cool flavor to a hot main dish.

You can make a quart of this 'almond curry sauce, store in fridge for up to a month.
A perfect quick flavor/protein/high fat addition to your meal plan.

salt free, made of: Turmeric, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, ginger, nutmeg, fennel, cinnamon, white & black pepper, cardamom, cloves and cayenne.

I saw they have Vindaloo, and other spices I may expand my taste horizons with!!
