Makes me want some yummy beef!! Good for you!

I've found I can eat almost anywhere (haven't attempted Asian foods), and find something that will fit this woe! Restaurants are (usually)very accommodating, since they want your money too!

After eating this way for about a year, I find that I can eat LC pretty much anywhere. Italian restaurants and maybe Chinese are the hardest, but just about everywhere else you can get some sort of meat and veggie. If nothing else, get a loaded burger and take off the bun and eat with a fork. A burger patty with lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions, bacon, cheese, relish, etc is fantastic on its own.

Steak has become my go to for eating out. I always ask for butter to go along with it. Yum!

I've avoided Italian and Asian so far. I love them both too much. I just make my Italian and Asian at home.

Considering my prime rib slice had like 70g fat and 80g protein, I skipped extra butter lol. Especially considering my salad was mostly fat (Caesar dressing). I ended up balancing the day nicely though.

Most weeks i eat at a restaurant 4 or 5 times...this WOE was designed for eating out. I order steak, roast chicken, hamburger, meatballs and less often ribs or bacon. Then i'll get a salad, brussel sprouts, spinach, kale, red peppers and pickles.
The servers are quite accomodating when i request butter for my hot tea or decaf coffee. At Starbucks the butter i received was Kerry Gold. ....single servings of kerry Gold, now that was a joyful moment.
The LcHf has actually simplifed life because it just means (for me) no ordering french fries, rice, pasta etc......and ask me if i even miss them?
