Totally scored this morning. Got some halloumi frying cheese, truffle sheep's cheese, herb and garlic feta, pastured pork sausage (whole hog sausage, they use the ham too) and a great cold brew coffee. Also picked up some garlic scapes (excited to try), and local honey, blackberries and peaches, plus my teenage daughter picked out some beautiful tomatoes.

I am thinking tomorrow will be grilled chicken thighs with a garlic scape and truffle sheep's cheese sauce, with some pasta for the rest of the house. Add some sort of roasted veg (we'll see what looks good at the store tomorrow) and we're set.

Sounds wonderful! I wish we had Farmer's Markets like that here. I can get fresh veggies all day, but those wonderful cheeses? Nope.

Unfortunately our farmer's market is pricey. More a treat than anything. I grew up with a large twice a week seasonal farmer's market full of cheap produce. This is not it.
