I did my 10 rep max test and now I need help!

Yay! I completed the first step. lol I entered my reps and weight in the calculator but which weight do I use? And the calf raises weights came out way too high. I don't think I could hold that much weight. lol I guess it's so high because I did 28 reps.

    Assuming you calculated your 10 rep max, then that is what you use as your starting weight for the lifts.

    Yeah, it just caught me off guard when some of the weights looked so high but that's because I did a lot more than 10 reps on some of them. I think I'm good to go now. Thanks!
