Thank you so much for all this information. After years of Weight Watchers and just being food-centric and hungry all the time... endless bouts of cardio... and seeing the scale and my body stuck in a loop of pain and shame... I have hope! Last week I started stronglifts with TDEE - 20% and the scale is moving + clothes are feeling better... already! So, thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your knowledge. You've no idea how much this means to me to actually just enjoy food and exercise. My whole outlook on health has changed.
