Hi I'm doing Atkins new rules. The rules that are on their website right now. I got the starter kit and was confused about how you up your net carbs in the OWL stage. It says up your carbs 5 per week. Does that mean 5 spread out through the week or the 25 everyday for the first week, 30 everyday for the next week, etc...? Stupid question I know, but the way its worded is the 5 total spread out through the week and that doesn't seem right.

It would mean upping your carb intake 5 gr/day for a week, then the following week add 5 more/day. Optimally, you should add one food group each week. The first week you can add nuts, the next week you could add some fruit (berries are the best bet).0
