    Oh, the food, and pharmaceutical, companies will have an argument for this before it ever comes out! Until people see the correlation for themselves, the low fat, low calorie, dogma will continue! But, is awesome to see more that are putting it together!

    Sugar can be an addiction, and is for many of us! I see the consumption of it (actually watching people eat, or observing the foods in their grocery cart) now as one would while watching a heroin addict shooting up! It's no different, to me, at this point!

    That was a phenomenal watch. Thanks for sharing. I think most of us on here realize that sugar is bad, but even with my long term belief of that, I learned a few things watching this video. Can't wait til his book comes out!
