    I just joined the group, but I've lost 49 lbs total, a significant part of that was listening to SYSK (and even more so the other hsw podcasts) :) that brings our total to 250.2!

    That's awesome! MFP has really helped me! I wasn't losing weight at all or even trying to until Chuck mentioned this and now I'm hooked. Met great people and totally focused on eating right. Good luck to all! Total loss for SYSK group is at 250.2 Thanks Chuck!

    A road trip and restaurant eating had me gaining at my weigh-in last week, but I'm in the black again with 0.6 lbs lost since my last post. SYSK Fit Club total is now 250.8!

    Great job! We do have to enjoy life and vacations and once in a while indulge in something we love to eat more than we should. But I'm glad you're sticking to it and back at it! Thanks for posting!

    I've lost 13.5 since I joined. Total SYSK is 299.3. We need someone to put us over that 300 mark!

    Well since joining MFP it has helped me on my year and a half journey. Total lost is at 113.3 pounds. Since joining SYSK I've lost 18.2. That would put us at 416.1 or 321. Love seeing all of the SYSK fans on here!
