I'm wondering what you use as snacks? My job is mostly a desk job and I find it WAY too easy to munch all the time. If I can control that, along with the gym and running, my goal is to loose 25 lbs

I like to pack fresh veggies (sometimes with hummus), greek yogurt (Oikos Triple Zero is my fave), and string cheese. I usually pre-log the day before to know what I can fit in. I also keep some shelf stable stuff in my desk in a drawer where it is out of sight but available when I need it. This is mostly protein bars (Quest bars or Combat Crunch usually), raw mixed nuts, and small pieces of chocolate for when I need something sweet but don't want to go overboard.0

Turkey or beef jerky. Lots of it. Lasts forever and is quite satiating. Quest bars are good too.1

I really try not to snack and tend to reach for water or green tea if I get an inkling to snack.0

Protein Bars
Hard-Boiled Eggs
Greek Yogurt
I keep 1-2 (not each, just at any one time) around, so I can't mindlessly eat them. Like today, I have one protein bar as a snack - nothing else.1 -
Balance or Zone bars. But that's just for late-afternoon snack prior to a normal workout after work.
Rest of day, no munchies, just coffee. Well, unless some grounds made their way through.0 -
I pre-log my day and pack my snacks/lunches. I drink a lot of tea throughout the day as well. I get one snack per day and it's usually a protein bar because I love chocolate and protein keeps me full. Or I'll have some of those Glenny's soy crisps. 120 cals for the bag. Or Quest chips. I also like a diet Dr. Pepper or diet A&W Root Beer. Oh and salted orange and yellow bell peppers.0

When trying to lose weight I pre-log my meals, intentionally giving just a little space into the day for snacking. That I don't pre-log, I just know how many calories I'm allowed that day. (I aim for 200-300.) Then when the urge comes to snack, in the morning I drink water, but in the afternoon I'll allow myself to snack on whatever is handy, provided the total calories don't go overboard. So I may let myself have that Snickers bar (250 calories) or a slice of office birthday cake, but not both.0
