Vaca is over, time to get real. I've managed to gain again, feeling lousy about it, and workouts have been nil. I'm starting with cutting back/out grains and added sugar. Hope to get my energy back and start feeling good again. Would like to lose a full 10 by the time school starts back up in mid-August. Need to find a good time of day to run, without the heat and humidity. No excuses allowed.

I'm dealing with the same 30 pounds for the past 2 years. This time I have my daughter's wedding in April to motivate me.
I need to cut back on chocolate and sugar. This time Ive got to make the better food choices stick. I've got the exercise down for a couple years. Now it's time to solve the food issues.1
