Some of those are still too high for my personal taste, but anything is an improvement over the stuff on the left. Overall, looks great.

Daily Carbs 20-50, so most not good for me either, but many ppl aim for 100 grams per day or less, these ideas would be good too for ppl who prepare recipes.
Now if you could only get your roommate to read that article, it might jumpstart him ---anything is better than Captain Krunch

It's going to be a long a different road with him. He's extraordinarily stubborn, except when you catch him in the middle of a whinge fit. Basically, I'll have to brain ninja him by catching him at moments when he's complaining about being fat, feeling like crap, whatever. Slip a little something in there here and there, and in a year or so, he might actually accept that it's all his own damned doing, and that it can be fixed.

Well also, he has to see you eating grilled or broiled steaks, chops, putting butter on broccoli and he's sure to notice what you eat when you guys go out.
Right now you're the same weight , but when you're 5 or 10 pounds less than he is, that'll be his "wake up" call ---how could it not? Does he cook?

I am hoping that seeing me actually perform legitimate cooking (I've been living out of cans for the last two months, just out of sheer laziness) will rub off on him a bit. Unfortunately, for now his idea of cooking is throwing some *kitten* like this in the microwave: 9ep03lxumzeb.jpg

    Too Funny!!!
Well for now, forget him ---in your house you'll b the biggest loser.

I go for EZ but he even has me beat, I'm having no problems staying between 20-50 without resorting to "pizza rolls" ....oh boy!
