I don't know anything about it. But i would be cautious about subtracting anything other than fiber in calculating net carbs.0

I sometimes eat Halo Top. It says 4 or 5 net carbs but I count them all.0

It's basically a protein powder frozen, with added corn fiber, and erythritol. So of the sugar alcohols, this one is supposed to be less impactful.
Whether or not it will give you the runs or taste good, I don't know.
Gives me an idea to freeze a protein shake to make a fudge popsicle though.4 -
I've been wanting to try Halo Top if I can find it near me. I hadn't heard of this one though!0

I'm not familiar with it at all but there is a video floating around Facebook for "Pina colada nice cream" that uses coconut cream and no sweeteners that has me excited. Pineapple is high in carbs but raspberries might be a delicious swap2

I make "icecream" in my vita mix with milk or cream and frozen fruit...it is thick and tasty like icecream.0

I've seen differing statements regarding Erythritol. Most of what I have seen states that it doesn't get picked up by the intestines at all.
Personally, I used to eat the hell out of it in Quest bars. Never had any of the "typical" sugar alcohol symptoms, BUT the bars will absolutely knock you out of keto. This isn't because of the Erythritol though. It's because they use a *kitten* soluble fiber (Isomalto-oligosaccharides) that your gut will pick up, and it will spike your blood sugar.1 -
It's easy to make low carb ice creams with heavy cream, sugar substitute -truvia and vanilla extract and egg2

Yep! I used to make this all the time even before adopting this WOE! Delish and rich! I used to pour the mixture into old aluminum ice cube trays without the dividers then scoop out when frozen. Yum!0 -
Whenever I hear talk about low carb store-bought ice cream, my bowels flinch.
TMI, I know #sorrynotsorry. Frankendairy is scary to me, LOL
I'd rather have more pepperoni or an extra glug of heavy cream in my coffee than dare try it.1 -
Mmmmm, I must remember to freeze some HWC and toss it into my Vitamix with some frozen berries, sometime soon....0

Unsweetened greek yogurt, cream, coconut oil, frozen berries (or cocoa powder): mix everything until smooth, put in the freezer for a few hours. Enjoy!
