CICO vs LCHF for me

Woke up in January 2013 at 240 lbs. Did CICO with moderate exercise and did lose weight. But always had cravings for garbage. Started LCHF in late April and you can see the difference in weight loss pace. Pretty remarkable to me. Also I'm seeing better cycling results and having better energy after events. It's great to have a supporting community here. Thanks
