I was messaging a friend today and she was sharing her low carb experience, thought I would share. This is a cut and paste.


Hello....I have done really good..i started it on Feb 11...I have lost 42 lbs:)......I basically ate an egg w cheese for breakfast, beef jerky, a lot of salads, any meat I wanted just not breaded, green beans with onion an tons of bacon.....I do eat a lot of bacon ....on salads I use hidden valley ranch dressing the reg kind.....when I work at syds I was eating salad instead of shell...not the same but still good....I drink unsweet tea....coffee w/spenda....no beer until recently....I would drink vodka water and crystal light.....I love this diet!!!! I have only walked twice....I don't excerise.....I recently have had beer I switched to ultra it only has 2.6 carbs....but the first two weeks you are not allowed alchol.....

I turned 40 this past December ....I was a sz 12....it felt pretty good buying 3/4....and now they are bagging.....it diffently has done the trick for me....good luck!!!!
