Hi. I’ve been following a low carb diet. I’m not sure what happened, but initially I adjusted my allowabl carbs in the app and now the app seems to be adding carbs to my daily plan. Any suggestions how to hold it static? This seems to be switching lately, I hadn’t noticed it previously.
I have just switched back to low carb and fasting and would love some accountability and new friends.

I am just wondering. If you eat something you are not supposed to OR if you overdo it on the carbs and it knocks you out of ketosis; how long does it take before you KNOW you are out?
